Acceptance of Terms
By using the CyberNeoGen website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Services
CyberNeoGen provides cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, VAPT, red team engagements, and related services. The scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or agreement.
Confidentiality & NDAs
We treat all client information and assessment findings as confidential. We are willing to sign mutual NDAs before engagements. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are intended to identify security weaknesses and provide recommendations. We are not liable for any breach or loss that may occur before, during, or after an engagement. Liability is limited as set out in the specific engagement agreement.
